Dear Ma'am/ Sir, I would like to ask regarding the registration of my Motorbike if when the Expiry date of my registration of motorbike? this the example if Plate number 110107 this is temporary plate Number and the Original O.R and C.R registered on July 12, 2020 the Question is When the Expiry date of the Registration of motorbike? thank you So much God bless . . .

July 6, 2020 Dear Roy Comendador, Greetings! Thank you for your request dated Jul 03, 2020 04:43:30 PM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch. Your Request You asked for expiry date of motor registration. Response to Request The registration of motorcycle is for 1 year. In the event that your motorcycle has no plate available, the date when the motorcycle was released to you will be your basis for your deadline of registration. Your right to request a review If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to LTO Assistant Secretary Edgar C. Galvante at [email protected]. Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response, and should be made within 15 calendar days from the date when you received this letter. We will complete the review and tell you the result within 30 calendar days from the date when we receive your review request. If you are not satisfied with the result of the review, you then have the right to appeal to the Office of the President under Administrative Order No. 22 (s. 2011). Thank you.
