Hi I would like to request information or a direct source of information that talks about Filipino citizens WHEN they will be able to leave the country for tourism purposes. Second, I would like to request information or a source of information that talks about WHEN Foreigners are going to be allowed to travel to the Philippines to see friends. I am trying to make sure I am looking at the specific right spot where it will tell me and update me about tourism for me. I am trying to visit a friend in the Philippines and I wanna be updated as soon as possible. Thank you for your time.
