We would like to like to ask your good office for information regarding existing utilities, such as plans/geographical maps of roads, bridges, storm drainage and waterway infrastructure in electronic format or physical copies, whichever is available, for areas in and around Brgy. Anabu 1-G, Imus, Cavite.
We have named roads and landmarks of interest (see attached figure), namely, but not limited to:
1. Roads
a. Daang Hari – Patindig Araw Bypass Road
b. Aguinaldo Highway (Road ID: R00508LZ)
c. Muntinlupa-Cavite Expressway
d. Manila-Cavite (NCR Bdry-Jct Cavite City Sect) (Road ID: R01460LZ)

A detailed list of information for the said project and highlighted roads & landmarks we request is shown in the following:
1. STORM DRAINAGE SYSTEM
1.1. Layout plans of drainage system including geographical maps, plans of artificial waterways, culverts, outfalls and storm drainage pipes.
1.2. Nearest waterway for possible outfall.
1.3. Available pipe sizes and capacity of structures.
1.4. Future construction/plans.
2. ROAD NETWORKS
2.1. Layout plans of road network.
2.2. Road width, road material, road type, condition based on DPWH, types of vehicles accommodated.
2.3. Average annual daily traffic data.
2.4. Future construction/plans (e.g., road widening).
3. BRIDGE INVENTORY
3.1. Layout/plans, height clearances, and location of road and foot bridges.
3.2. Year of construction and estimated lifespans.
3.3. Bridge load limits, conditions, bridge types, and carriageway widths.
3.4. Average annual Daily Traffic Data.
3.5. Future construction/plans.
Should some plans not be available for release, we would like to conduct an interview with your technical staff.
