I am a student of Batangas State University-ARASOF Nasugbu and currently taking a BS Psychology. As part of our Thesis, we are looking for any existing social development program for working mothers to be the basis of our inputs from the result of our current study about the multiple burdens of working mothers.

I refer to my letter of Apr 15, 2022 11:51:58 PM about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for Existing Social Development Program for Working Mother.
While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance, we find your request to be incomplete. Thus, your FOI request did not meet the requisites of a valid FOI request.
Section 9 of Executive Order No. 2 states that:
SECTION 9. Procedure. The following procedure shall govern the filing and processing of requests for access to information:
(a) Any person who requests access to information shall submit a written request to the government office concerned. As emphasized, you only enumerated the requested information and purpose of the request, but, failed to state your contact information. Lastly, we noticed that you did not attach any valid proof of identification.
