I would like to ask if there is any existing proposals for bahay pag-asa/ rrcy/ juvenile rehabilitation for CICLs and children at risk in the Philippines and may we kindly request to have that pdf file. We are currently working on looking for a potential site for selecting a suitable site for our bahay pag-asa complex. We are so eager to know what are the existing proposal plans that fosters children in conflict with the law and children at risk
