Please be informed that there are no specific policies promulgated by the NLRC En Banc in relation to solo-parent OFWs. The Commission currently adopts the provisions of Republic Act 8972, otherwise known as the, "Solo Parents' Welfare Act of 2000, and other existing laws pertinent thereof.
