Hi I would like to request for the existence of my relative, my auntie Cynthia Villarosa Paredes from Pututan, IloIlo. She is mentally retarded and both of her parents are dead ( Father: Perfecto Magbanua Paredes Mother: Clara Villaroso Paredes ) We lost communication for years now, and we are worried if she's still alive. She is an only child. I hope the NBI IloIlo can give us an update. We are currently residing in Cavite. God bless
