Hi! Requesting information on what is needed to apply for exemption to enter the Philippines. My fiancé tried applying for exemptions and our wedding is this January but was declined because they said it's for tourism which is not.
Os there any updates on this? Do we have any option like prospective marriage visa like other countries have?
