Good day! Thank you for responding so soon. I am a student of University of Santo Tomas under the College of Architecture, and currently conducting research for my undergraduate thesis in the subject of Architectural Design 9. Student no. 2014066911 My project is entitled NAYONG BINONDO: A Center for Filipino-Chinese CUlture and Community Engagement. Nayong Binondo is a proposed private owned facility dedicated to preserve, develop and promote cultural exchange between the Filipino and Chinese community. Run by the KAISA PARA SA KAUNLARAN, INC. and the FEDERATION OF FILIPINO-CHINESE CHAMBERS OF COMMERCE AND INDUSTRY, INC, it houses a myriad of cultural, social and community programs ranging from artistic productions, performances, exhibits, festivals, instructional seminars, and collaborative activities. As such, the documents requested will be essential in the legal framework and feasibility studies for the said proposal.
