You may retrieve Proclamation No. 922 issued by the Office of the President Declaring A State Of Public Health Emergency Throughout The Philippines from https://www.officialgazette.gov.ph/2020/03/08/proclamation-no-922-s-2020/   Your right to request a review If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to [email protected].
