Hello can I please apply for the reason why I’ve been excluded for entering the Philippine’s & for how long  as I have sent BOI emails & no response thanks for your time regards Michael Allen

To whom it may concern my name is Michael John Allen 30/09/1967 I cannot upload my excluded order I was refused entry to the Philippine’s on the 08/28/2019 & sent back to Australia why is this & why am I blacklist & for how long thanks regards Michael Allen
