Your Request
You asked for Exam Result for TRAD and VUL.
Response to Request
In relation to your FOI Request, please be advised of the following:
1. The examinee and/or his/her authorized representative may request for his/her examination result. To process, the request must be in writing, to be submitted to the Licensing Division indicating the examination details such as date, place and the type of examination taken. Moreover, a payment of certification fee amounting to Php500.00 is also required.
2. If examination taken is an Off-Site Qualifying Insurance Agents' Examination, the Licensing Division has advised that results may be obtained and released through their respective company representatives. Examinee may directly coordinate with the concerned insurance company for the result.
3. For other inquiries, the IC Licensing Division may be contacted thru Telephone Nos. (02) 8-523-8461 loc. 111.
Your right to request a review
If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by email at [email protected]. Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response, and should be made within 15 calendar days from the date when you received this letter. We will complete the review and tell you the result within 30 calendar days from the date when we receive your review request.
If you are not satisfied with the result of the review, you then have the right to appeal to the Office of the President under Administrative Order No. 22 (s. 2011).
