Hi! I am Engr. Gaskell Francia of LANDBANK under the Project Management and Engineering Dept (PMED). I would like to request for the latest copy of the Estimated Construction Cost Ranges (ECCR) for Various structures since we are in the process of updating our ECCR. I hope that you can give me the ranges for the following : a. Medical Clinic b. Supermarket c. Mansions d. Single Detached e. Apartments / Duplexes / Townhouses f. Apartments / Duplexes / Townhouses – Basic Type g. Core Type-Semi Complete f. Rowhouse / Socialize Housing g. Guard House / Outpost h. Concrete Solar Driers

May 9, 2023 Dear Engr.
