Hi! I am Engr. Gaskell Francia of LANDBANK under the Project Management and Engineering Dept (PMED). I would like to request for the latest copy of the Estimated Construction Cost Ranges (ECCR) for Various structures since we are in the process of updating our ECCR. I hope that you can give me the ranges for the following : a. Public Market b. School Building c. Road/Bridges and Flyovers d. Slope Protection e. CHB Lined Canal f. Concrete Lined Canal g. Banks h. Office Building i. Hotels j. Commercial /Residential Condiminium / Residential Commercial Building k. Transport Facilities l. Malls
