Good day! I am Romyna O. Garcia, a 4th year Civil Engineering student of University of Santo Tomas, currently under a research group as part of our curriculum. As part of the final stages of our research, entitled "The Traffic Efficiency of Plaridel Bypass Road", we are now investigating the possible methods to improve the traffic efficiency of the bypass road in the future. With regards to that, may we request: 1. Estimate for No. of Cycles, Cycle time, and/or Green time of traffic signals 2. Specifications for possible roundabout ( both at Pandi-Plaridel Intersection)
