Good day! We are currently at the decision process for a proposed Mid Rise Building Condominium to be erected some est. 1.7km from the nearest runway end of Mactan-Cebu International Airport (MCIA). As part of our planning, we used the table derived from the 2005 version of the National Building Code, to come up with an estimated allowable height around said proximity of the concerned aerodrome, i.e. MCIA. We wanted to verify if we properly interpreted the IRR re. Height Limit in our computation. Please see attached file for your reference. Hoping to hear from you. Thank you.
