Greetings!
Thank you for your request dated Nov 25, 2023 09:56:03 AM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch.
You asked for ePhilID.
Your FOI request is approved.
In reference to your concern, kindly follow these instructions:
-Access the ePhilID Appointment System at appt.philsys.gov.ph. You will be asked to provide your Transaction Reference Number (TRN) which is printed on the transaction slip provided during your Step 2 registration.
-Follow the prompt and provide the information requested at the ePhilID Appointment System website.
-If you are eligible for a ePhilID you will be asked to book an appointment and choose a PhilSys registration center where you would like to claim your printed ePhilID.
-An appointment slip will be generated and sent to you. Please bring this along with your transaction reference number found in your transaction slip (slip of paper provided during your Step 2 registration) on the day of your appointment to claim your ePhilID at the PhilSys registration center.
