4. Click the "GET OTP" button, and then click "OK" on the pop-up screen that appears.
5. Wait for the OTP (one-time password) to arrive via SMS on their registered mobile number.
The OTP will be sent to the mobile number that they have provided during Step 2 registration.
6. Upon receipt of the OTP, a pop-up screen will appear, and they will be redirected to another tab which displays the message "Success: OTP sent to registered mobile number". Then, click "OK”.
7. Enter the OTP received via SMS into the appropriate field on the form, and then click "Submit".
lf the OTP is valid; a pop-up screen will appear with the message "Success: Download successful. Please access our ePHlLlD using the password sent to your active mobile number". Then, click "OK".
Meanwhile, they can request a new one if the OTP is invalid or has expired. Then, enter the new OTP to proceed. lf the registered persons fail to input the correct OTP for the fifth time, a pop-up screen with the message "Too many OTP requests. Maximum attempt is reached for the day," will appear.
8. Wait for the download to complete, and then locate the ePhillD PDF file on their device.
