Dear Keithley Geli Hernandez,
Greetings!
Thank you for your request dated Jan 09, 2024 11:25:27 AM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch.
You asked for ePhil ID.
Your FOI request is approved.
We understand that your PhilID is important to you. We ask for more patience and understanding about the delivery of your PhilID.
Rest assured that our efforts are geared towards more efficient card printing and delivery to accommodate the millions of Filipinos who have successfully registered for Step 1 and Step 2.
Upon tracking your PhilID via https://tracking.phlpost.gov.ph using the transaction reference number you provided, your PhilID was tagged as “Not Found” which may mean that your PhilID is still for dispatch to the Post Office.
Meanwhile, upon checking the availability of your ePhilID via the ePhilID Appointment System (https://appt.philsys.gov.ph/), your printed ePhilID is not yet available. This means that your registration is still being processed and your unique PhilSys Number (PSN) has not been generated yet. Please visit the portal regularly to check for the availability of your printed ePhilID or wait for the delivery of your physical PhilID card by the Post Office.
The ePhilID has the same functionality and validity as the physical card you can use for government and private transactions, which requires a government-issued valid proof of identity.
We would also like to assure you that you will receive your physical PhilID card. The PSA has allocated every PhilSys registered person a PhilID card, which shall be delivered to the address you provided during your Step 2 registration.
For other concerns, you may reach PhilSys Registry Office thru email at [email protected], Hotline 1388, and https://facebook.com/PSAPhilSysOfficial.
We would love to hear your Feedback so we can improve our services. Kindly fill out the PSA Customer feedback form from this link: https://tinyurl.com/OnlineCSSForm.
Thank you.
Respectfully,
Rene C. Mendoza
