May I clarify the Daily Subsistence Allowance (DSA) provision of EO 77?
Section 14-a states that those who will travel abroad shall be granted the DSA based on the daily rates established by the ICSC/UNDP. Letter b indicates the particular percentages: 50% accommodations, 30% meals, and 20% incidentals.
But when you browse the rates from https://icsc.un.org/Home/DailySubsistence, they prescribe a higher percentage for accomms (e.g. 60%-79% of DSA is for lodging in USA).
What rate should we follow for accoms/meals/incidental? The one written in section 14-b or that of the ICSC?
