Just would like to ask about the update on E.O. for Smoking Ban in Public places. The last news I can search via google is that it is pending signature of President Duterte last Oct 2016. It has been a few months already and there is no news if it was signed already. If it was signed already. Can I get a copy of the EO. Thanks! The place where I live is not respecting others because of their very public smoking areas.
