Dear Sir/Madam: Good day! I am a concerned citizen and I would like to request for information regarding the environmental impact assessment (EIA) / environmental impact statement (EIS) report done for the Manila Bay Enrichnment Project. Further, this inquiry is made in good faith in order to know if environmental safeguards were made. Is there an ECC or CNC for this? What are the alternatives considered for the project aside from the putting dolomite sands? What are, if any, the engineering component applied, or installed. These information would be vital for us as proof.
