Good day, DAR! I am Paul Penaflor, a researcher from the Philippine Center for Investigative Journalism (PCIJ) conducting a study about land conversion in the City of Imus, Cavite. I would like to ask for copies of the environmental risk assessment of the Cavite-Laguna Expressway project in Cavite. I would also like to ask for reports on the problems why Calax has not acquired the right-of-way in Imus City. Thank you very much.
