I would like to respectfully request for information about the Environmental Impact Assessment Report of BNPP (prior to project completion). This includes the projected impact of the plant to the land, air, water, and people within the project site.
These data will be very helpful in my Masteral studies and enlightenment of my fellow students and faculty on the impact of a nuclear power plant to the environment.

I refer to your letter of May 12, 2022 11:35:02 AM about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for Environmental Impact Assessment Report of BNPP.
In order for us to work further on your request, we need more information from you regarding your request. In particular, it would be helpful to know what specific information/data you are requesting for. We would like to inform you that the Environmental Impact Assessment Report of BNPP prior to project completion is comprised of six (6) volumes with around 500 pages each and currently stored in BNPP Morong, Bataan. Photocopy of these documents will cost P2.00 per page. As we have informed you that the requested copy of BNPP EIAR is comprised of six (6) volumes (please see attached photos) with around 500 back-to-back pages is currently stored at BNPP Morong, Bataan, the group in-charge of preserving the documents still have to look for the requested Summary of the Impact Assessment and the Environmental Management Plan, if there is any.
