Warm Greetings! We bearers of this letter, are Civil Engineering students from Bataan State University and we need to present the EIA of Reclamation Project in Manila Bay. We humbly request for your good office to give us permission to gather necessary information regarding this matter. The details of reclamation is the: Pasay SM Reclamation Project, that have an approval date of Feb. 2012, June 2016, and August 2021. A favorable response and any assistance that you could extend from your office will be highly appreciated.
