Lumbera from the Ateneo de Davao University currently doing my research on “A Proposed New Davao International Airport” which aims to promote urban resilience through smart mobility. I would like to request for any information you may have whatsoever in relation to the Mactan Cebu International Airport's environmental impact from its opening to 2020.
