Hi! My brother went to the Port of Nasipit in Agusan del Norte to pick-up our shipment from Cebu. He was told that next time he needs to secure vehicle pass from the port and pay P700. This is new to us. Last April we weren’t informed of this requirement when we also picked up parcels in the same port. I’d like to ask if this P700 fee is really approved from the National level to be implemented locally and what is the fee for? Also, if we won’t be securing the said pass, kariton is allowed from porters but needs to pay them discretely either the guards or port officers.
