I refer to my letter of Feb 14, 2019 03:11:08 PM about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for Entrance Exam Refund.
In order for us to work further on your request, we need more information from you regarding your query. The refund of the entrance exam for SY 2018-2019 of TUP is still under review by the Commission on Higher Education - UNIFAST. In as much as the TUP would like to refund the collected entrance exam fees, the refund mechanism is still under review by the University Unifast committee in order to facilitate the refund. In particular, it would be helpful to know what specific concern you would like to know about the entrance exam refund. Dear Jacob,
I refer to my letter of Mar 13, 2019 about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for Entrance Exam Refund. In particular, I had requested specific information for you to clarify upon in order for us to proceed with the request.
As we have not received a reply within the 60-day working period since the letter requesting for clarification was sent out, we regret to inform you that this request will be closed as of Jun 05, 2019.
You may wish to submit a new request describing the specific information you are looking for, and we will be able to consider it under the guidelines as stated in Executive Order No. 2.
Your right to request a review
If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to or visiting our central office. Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response, and should be made within 15 calendar days from the date when you received this letter.
