Dear Ma'am,
I appreciate your prompt reply.
I intend to make a study on the access to education and the factors affecting the choice of school in the provinces I mentioned in my first letter as well as the correlation and trend of enrollment in the said areas. No specific abstract, title yet, as I am still doing an inventory of available information.
Here is the itemized request I mentioned in my first letter.
