Greetings!
I am PhD student currently on dissertation writing. I would like to request for
Enrollment Data of Elementary Learners Tagged as Gifted in the Learner Information System (LIS) or number of learners enrolled in the Special Science Elementary School Program from 2015-Present.
The data will be used to further support the introduction part of my research which is about curriculum development for potentially gifted learners.

I, Micron Rey B. Fuego, am enrolled as a Doctor of Philosophy in Education major in Curriculum Development student at West Visayas State University-College of Education (WVSU-COE).I am presently writing my dissertation with the title “Development of Curriculum Guide on Research with Innovation for Potentially Gifted Elementary Learners: A Delphi Study”.
My study aims to develop a curriculum guide for Research which integrates the teaching of innovation for potentially gifted elementary learners. Specifically, this study sought to answer the following research questions:
1. What topics and competencies can be included in the Research with Innovation curriculum guide?
2. What elements or constructs can be included in the curriculum framework of Research with Innovation?
3. What design of a curriculum guide can be developed for Research with Innovation?
4. Does the curriculum guide conform with the principles of Balance, Alignment, Articulation, Sequence, Integration, and Continuity?
In relation to this, I would like to request the data on the number of elementary learners tagged as gifted in the Learner Information System or number of enrolment of learners in the Special Science Elementary School in the country. This data will be used to further enhance the context of my study. Furthermore, it will not be used to shame or put in bad light the name of the agency.
Your favorable response would greatly contribute to the success of my humble attempt in writing a dissertation.
