The number of enrollees per Program for A.Y. 2021-2022 and 2022-2023. I kindly request that the information be provided in an electronic format, such as a spreadsheet or PDF file, to facilitate data analysis. Furthermore, I assure you that the information obtained will be used solely for academic research purposes and will be treated with utmost confidentiality.
May 16, 2023 Dear Perujaldo Zonio, Greetings! Thank you for your request dated May 12, 2023 10:58:30 PM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch. Your request You asked for Enrollees per College and Program in the University of the Philippines - Diliman. Response to your request Since you did not provide proof of Filipino citizenship which is required under the UP FOI Manual, we regret that in the meantime we are constrained to DENY your request. Article III Section 7 of the 1987 Constitution which is the basis for the requirement under the UP FOI Manual states: “The right of the people to information on matters of public concern shall be recognized.
