We were able to determine that this particular information is already available online and therefore cannot be counted as a valid FOI request. You may retrieve your requested information of Power Statistics from https://www.doe.gov.ph/energy-statistics?q=energy-statistics/philippine-power-statistics. You may access the monthly power statistics
Also, please be informed that DOE-Oil Bureau started to collect and process regionalized data in 2012.
