Hi!
I would like to request for the information of the request to annotate my marriage certificate. The endorsent was sent on March 2, 2021 with tracking number ED802217670ZZ.
It was received by FRANCISCO ULBAKEN.
I need to know as to when i can go to any PSA office to request for cenomar or annotated marriage certificate.

I verified from PSA - San Pablo that it is not yet encoded on their system.
Would it be possible to know when are they going to process / encode it?
I badly needed the cenomar / annotated marriage cert due to DFA renewal of passport.
