Hi i would like to request for a information of my mother's birth certificate We apply this to lcr of paco manila a month june 30, but still we don't have any news about the endorsement to psa..my mother details is Leticia Pacencia Dela Cruz October 10,1955 Born in Paco Manila. Please help me i need only for my mothers document thank you so much
