Good Day, We are in an extraordinary situation, so we need a extraordinary solutions. Here are some ideas. 1. We can use all the holidays and vacation leaves for this year, for the duration of the Community Quarantine. The employers need to pay the employees along with there 13th-month pay. This will greatly help the working class. For Employers that cannot pay the employees, the goverment can provide loans to SME's. 2. The goverment can provide a subsidy for the power and water supply for residential cust.. The minimum usage shall be subsidies by the goverment.
