Good day! I'm planning to resign because the I am not receiving the promised salary we agreed on the contract, was forced to do OTs (for weekly meeting with the school admins) and was given tasks after every Friday after EOS and was asked to accomplish it on my day offs. I feel that there is unfair labor committed by my employer. This can be supported by my payslips and the communications I exchanged with the school. My question is, can I still be sued for damages if I resigned earlier than the 2 year contract because I deem that the company is the one who's breaching the contract?
