March 22, 2018 Dear Francisco Casio Mata, Greetings! Thank you for your request dated Oct 30, 2017 04:17:13 PM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch. Your Request You asked for Embalmer's Data Surigao del sur. Response to Request Your FOI request is approved. However, please be informed that we can only provide you the data on the number of registered embalmer per municipality. (Carrascal-0, Cantilan-1, Madrid-2, Carmen-0, Lanuza-1) As of this moment, the DOH Regional Office CARAGA does not keep data on the number of cadavers embalmed, while the data on the names of the embalmers cannot be released due to privacy concerns. However, if you want to push through with this request, the Committee of Undertakers and Embalmers advised that you send them a formal letter stating the full title of your study, together with its rationale and objectives.
