On August 29, 2019 at around 5:16 PM and on August 30, 2019 at around 5:00PM and on September 2, 2019 at around 10:18 AM multiple emails were sent to Atty. Philip Paredes and other DOLE staff via the following emails: [email protected], [email protected], [email protected], [email protected],  [email protected], [email protected], Etc.

These emails were acknowledged by senior DOLE staff, who subsequently acknowledged physical hard copies being delivered to the DOLE offices as well. The title of the emails included the text "POLO investigation of"
