You requested for the email addresses of Accredited CPAs and CPA Firms in Public Service. While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, we regret to inform you that your requested information is on the List of Exception to FOI. The data is within the purview of personal information in Section 3(g) of Data Privacy Act of 2012. Under the Data Privacy Act, the processing of personal information must adhere to the principle of transparency . This means that the data subject aware of the nature, purpose and extend of the processing of his or her personal data. The data subjects did not consent to the disclosure of their individual contact information to the third parties for research purposes when they supplied it to the Commission. We maintain that the List of accredited CPAs practitioners and firms is publicly available information posted to the official website of PRC, prc.gov.ph.
