I, Arafat Amir, am a 4th year BSBA Business Management student of Far Easter University - Manila. To partially fulfill the requirements of the course, Business Planning 2 , each student is required to conduct a group study which our is proposing to produce an organic-based crayons for kids age between 8-10 years old in Manila.
In relation to this, I would like to consult your office and humbly ask for your help by giving due permission for me to secure or see copies of the data:
1. Population Data of elementary students in Manila from 2015 to present.
This project will be focused on providing organic-based crayons to primary students made from purely extracted pigments of flowers.
This project will povide sustainable social entrepreneurship by recycling both fresh and nearly withered flowers into crayons.
The project will also provide livelihood recommendation to a an organization of homeless people in Manila.
The output will critically be proposed to look for possible inverstors or sponsors based on the feasibilitity considerations.

I refer to my letter of Oct 14, 2020 about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for Elementary Population in Manila Census from 2015-2020. In particular, I had requested specific information for you to clarify upon in order for us to proceed with the request.
As we have not received a reply within the 60-day working period since the letter requesting for clarification was sent out, we regret to inform you that this request will be closed as of Jan 06, 2021.
You may wish to submit a new request describing the specific information you are looking for, and we will be able to consider it under the guidelines as stated in Executive Order No. 2.
