this is to request if electronic data may be provided. information that will be needed for the study includes date and time of accident, location of accident, kind (fatal/non-fatel/property damage), geocode(if available) per accident for a span of 5 years. each accident will be plotted together with the location of each billboard to establish correlation. a request has been sent to chairman danilo lim for the electric copy in lieu of the print out
