January 11, 2024 Dear Pauline Angelika, Greetings! Thank you for your request dated Nov 13, 2023 04:31:19 PM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch. Your Request You asked for EIA and ECC of MRT 7. Response to Request Your FOI request is approved. We enclose a copy of some of the information you requested to your provided email address. Please note that we are only able to provide some of the information you have requested for as MRT7 Project is under the Public-Private Partnership (PPP) and the requested documents are part owned by the Private Partner. Under the Republic Act No. 10173 also known as Data Privacy Act of 2012 , the requested data/documents cannot be disclosed.
