Good day! I would like to inquire about the effect on City Ordinances, SP Resolutions and other Sanggunian documents signed by a person appointed Secretary to Sanggunian who, on the decision of the Civil Service Commission, is prohibited to perform the duties and functions of the said position because of the person's contractual appointment.
