April 11, 2022 Dear Alvin Atuel, Greetings! Thank you for your request dated Apr 10, 2022 under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch. Your request You asked for Educational Financial Assistance Program. Response to your request Unfortunately, we were able to determine that your request is a frontline service transaction and not a valid Freedom of Information (FOI) Request. Thus, we are constrained to deny your request. However, you may contact the Crisis Intervention Section of DSWD Field Office VII via Hotline Numbers at (032) 8-231-21-72 or by e-mail at [email protected] for your concern, should you qualify for the educational assistance under Assistance to Individuals in Crisis Situation (AICS) program. Your right to request a review If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to Secretary ROLANDO JOSELITO D. BAUTISTA at DSWD-Central Office, IBP Road Batasan Pambansa Complex, Constitution Hills, Quezon City.
