Maari po ba ako mag-apply ng educational assistance para sa pamangkin ko na inabanduna ng mga magulang nya..kasalukuyan po sya nag- aaral ngaun ng grade four..ako na po ang tumatayong legal guardian dahil ang mga magulang nya ay matagal na nagkahiwalay at nagkaroon na ng kanya kanyang pamilya..iniwan po sya samen ng mama ko dahil wala na sila kakayahan para pagaralin sya baka sakali po na matulungan sya para pandagdag sa pag-aaral nya..solo parent din po ako nagtitinda po kami para sa pang-araw araw na pangangailangan.
