good morning! I am a health worker wo got infected of Covid-19 disease and i would like to avail the ecc benefit from gsis. I hope that you can help me on the forms and other documents that need to be fill up and submit. thank you and more power! Keep safe

Relative to your query, kindly find attached list of basic requirements for EC Covid related case for government employees. You may file for Employees Compensation claim by complying the documentary requirements . Claim may be submitted thru drop box at nearest GSIS Office. Thank you.
