Good day!

I have COVID-19 last June 10-24, 2021. I submitted my application last August 2021 after the SSS approved my sickness and EC Claim. They encoded my Cash Assistance Application in the system dated September 30, 2021, evaluated and recommended dated November 25, 2021, and approved dated February 2, 2022, based on the ECC Cash Assistance Portal. 

With this, I would like to follow up on my claims and when they will be released. 

I am looking forward to having a positive outcome on this matter.

You asked for ECC CASH ASSISTANCE CLAIMS.

Response to your request

If you are an employee who suffered from a work-connected COVID, please file your EC sickness claim at the SSS branch nearest you (for private sector employees);  or at the GSIS (for public sector employees).

The forms are available at the SSS/GSIS/ECC website.

EC Claims Requirements:
1. Certificate of Employment (indicate the last day of duty prior to contracting COVID-19.
2. RT-PCR or Swab Test Result (Positive)
3. Medical Certificate or Home Quarantine Clearance
4. 2 Valid IDs

Forms (SS Form B300 Sickness Notification and SS Form B309 Accident Report)

If you already have an approved EC sickness claim at SSS/GSIS,  you can then file an EC cash assistance claim at the ECC.

The EC CA application form is available in our FB page and the requirements are as follows:
1. Proof of Approved EC Claim Voucher from SSS/GSIS
2. RT-PCR or Swab Test Result showing POSITIVE for CoVid-19, issued by a DOH accredited testing center / Medical Certificate / Home Quarantine Clearance issued by LGU Health Office/BHERT
3. 2 Valid IDs

I already submitted my requirements last 2022. All I need is an update on when it will be released. Because they already approved it, but I haven't received the claims yet.
