Hello! I would like to request the earthquake source parameter for the 15 February 2003 earthquake in Masbate. It seems that the available archive from the SWIFT Earthquake Source Parameters website only dates back to 2012. I require this data for my undergraduate thesis focusing on the specified earthquake event. I hope that your good office will be able to assist me with this request. Thank you.
