Good day Ma'am/Sir, Greetings of Peace! I would like to inquire with regards to the update of my mother, ROSITA A. RATILLA, and her release schedule of E-CARD for her survivorship benefits of my late father who is a member, RICO S. RATILLA, with BP Number 2001493660 and GSIS ID No. 55120402594. She was enrolled in the system last January 25, 2023, in your main office, Cagayan de Oro City. We were told that the E-CARD will be released at GSIS Butuan City, the nearest branch in our place.
