Feb. 6, 2023.
Purpose: I need my passport to take licensure exam
Date of Coverage: 02/06/2023 - 02/06/2023
Tracking no: #DFA-594645299006
I've cancelled my 2nd birth certificate which I used for all my undertakings. I have submitted the copy of my cancelled birth certificate to DFA consular office in our province for the amendment of my passport details, it has been two months now since they submitted it to DFA main office. Last time I asked for for the duration they only told me that as soon as they received the approval they'll let me know. I am being persistent to follow up, as needed my passport to take licensure exam for nurses. I just wanted to know how does it takes to get an approval?
